SHIPPING INFO
I take pride in ensuring that your handmade slimes reach you in a timely manner and perfect condition. I try to get out orders as soon as they come in, but due to living in a rural area, transportation and weather complications can arise. On average, the processing time I try to maintain is 1-7 business days. If for some reason your package is delayed past this time frame, you will be notified:) I keep quick and consistent communication with all my customers!
RETURNS POLICY
I sincerely apologize if your package gets to you not in the quality I shipped it at, I want to help my customers feel satisfied after spending their hard earned money at my shop. Most, if not all, my slimes are easily fixable with the borax packets provided in every package. However, if you meet an issue such as:
- Order arrived broken from transit
- Wrong order was recieved
- Order was not delivered
I can help issue a return label to send the package back within 7 days (I do require photo/video proof of the unaltered package). If your package never arrived, we can sort the issue out with the mailing company together! Depending on the case, I cannot always guarentee a free return shipping label.

Reasons I do NOT issue returns for:
- No longer in need of product
- Deciding to cancel order post shipment
-Scent preference as scents are subjective to the customer
- Customer over activates the slime or adds/does something we do not advise
- Slime is under activated and customer refuses to activate slime
- Accidently ordering and informing us after the order has shipped
- Order delivered to the wrong address due to invalid address given by customer
- No picture/video proof of defective product
Returns are not accepted once original packaging has been opened or used.

TheSlimeBakery is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please do not purchase our products if you think you may be at risk of having an allergic reaction to the following ingredients: Glue, borax, lotion, instant snow, hand soap, food coloring, fragrance oil, or any household items not listed.
Slime and borax are not edible. We are not responsible for any consequences of injesting or consuming any of our products as we heavily advise not to consume anything we sell. Keep these items away out of reach from children and pets.
